If you experience issues when downloading content from the Data Playground or in the courses, try the following:
Make sure that you are using a supported internet browser
Make sure that you are not using a VPN network as it might impact your ability to access certain websites
Log out, clear your browsing history/cookies, and log back in (e.x. Chrome)
Try downloading the content from an incognito or private browser session (e.x. Chrome)
Right-click the menu for the item you want to get and select “Save link as…” (e.x. Data Playground)
