Troubleshooting Steps for Login and Password Reset Issues

If you experience login issues or trouble with resetting your password please try the following steps:

  • Try logging in with an incognito session in Chrome (or equivalent feature in their browser).

  • Turn off your VPN.

  • Try a different network (e.g., home or cellular hotspot).

  • Turn off browser extensions that block cookies or ads or disable them temporarily.

  • Check if the email codes might have been sent to spam or junk folders.

  • Ensure that emails from Maven are not being filtered out by your company’s email filter logic or whitelists (if you are using a company email only).

  • Take a Loom video and send it to us for further troubleshooting.
