How do I upgrade or change my subscription?

You can view or modify your current plan from the Subscriptions tab on your My Account page. Maven Analytics uses the Stripe Customer Portal as a secure platform to process payments and manage your subscription. Within Stripe, you can manage all aspects of your subscription.

To edit your subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the platform.

  2. Expand your avatar menu in the upper right corner, then click Subscription.

  3. Click theicon to show your subscription options.

  4. Click Update Subscription to open your subscription options in Stripe.

  5. You can switch from a monthly to an annual plan (or vice-versa) by clicking the Yearly (or Monthly) toggle button then clicking Continue.

  6. On the "Confirm your updates" screen, click Confirm to finalize your changes.

IMPORTANT: When you upgrade from monthly to annual, you will be invoiced immediately and credited for any unused time in your current plan.
