No prior knowledge is required. Every pre-built learning path starts with a beginner-friendly course. You can open any path and start from the first course, regardless of your current skill level.
How are learning paths structured
Pre-built paths follow a deliberate sequence. Each course and guided project builds only on what comes before it in the path, so you're never expected to bring outside knowledge.
A Power BI Specialist path, for example, opens with foundational concepts and works up to more advanced analysis and reporting over time. The same principle applies across all tool-specific paths on the platform.
Note: This progression applies to pre-built learning paths only. Custom learning plans can be reordered, so the built-in sequence isn't guaranteed and the platform will not automatically re-order the courses.
How to browse pre-built learning paths
Open your student dashboard.
Select Learning Paths in the left sidebar.
Browse the available paths.
Each path shows the number of courses, guided projects, and estimated hours upfront, so you can get a sense of the scope before you commit. You can also revisit the pre-requisites at any time in the overview section.
