Each of the digital credentials offered by Maven is issued and verified by Accredible. If you have multiple Accredible accounts and would like all your credentials in one place, there are two ways to do so.
Option 1 - Link Your Account Emails
You can link two existing Accredible accounts and their associated credentials into one credential wallet. To do so, please complete the following steps:
IMPORTANT: Once two Accredible accounts are linked, they cannot be unlinked for security reasons.
Navigate to your credentials page in your Maven profile and click the arrow in the upper left corner of any earned credential to be taken to the linked Accredible account
In Accredible, select sign in to access more options
Click on your name in the upper right corner, and select account settings from the drop-down menu
Edit the Linked Email section to include the desired information and follow the verification process
Option 2 - Request an Email Update
Alternatively, you can request to update the email address that is attached to your credentials. The limitation here is that you cannot edit the email information yourself. To do so, you must reach out to the credential issuer so they can verify that the credential owner is making the request.
