try the following steps to remedy the issue:
Check your internet connection, is it stable and reliable?
Deactivate your VPN (if using). Using a VPN may impact your ability to access Maven
Refresh the page, then log out and back in
Switch to a supported browser (supported internet browsers)
Ensure you do not have the Maven application open in multiple browser tabs, then log out and log back in.
Clear your browser's cache and cookies, or try accessing the platform from an incognito browser window
Disable browser add-ons, plug-ins, or similar extensions
If possible, try a different device (i.e. a phone or a tablet)
If possible, try a different network (i.e. cellular, while avoiding company / office networks, cafes, airport and similar public locations)
Restart your computer
