Your Maven Analytics profile allows you to showcase your skills, projects, and credentials to anyone on the web.

Think of it like a digital analyst portfolio that you can share with peers or potential employers around the world. It's important to make sure that it looks polished, and showcases all of your skills and accomplishments.

The featured banner is displayed on top of your profile page, and will be the first thing views see when they land on your profile:

Best Practices

  1. Make sure your banner doesn't include images, text, graphics, or information too close to the edges of your design, or they may be cut off on certain screen sizes.

  2. Your featured banner should serve as a simple, visual representation of your personal style or brand. Avoid adding text or redundant details about your skills or qualifications (which are included in your profile itself)

  3. The banner will format for all screen sizes and devices. Make sure it's designed to look great no matter where viewers are seeing it!

  4. Size: The ideal banner size is 2000 x 376 pixels

Using the default banner option

In your profile section, you can choose from several "default" banners instead of creating your own. These are designed to format nicely for all screens and provide some examples that you can reference if you choose to upload a custom banner.

Templates

The following template will guide you in aligning your content into the "safe area" so it can be visible across all screen sizes:
