If you are experiencing any audio/video or playback issues, please try taking the following steps:
1) Confirm that you have a stable internet connection, and that you aren't using a VPN that might impact your ability to access certain websites
2) Refresh the page, then log out and back in
3) Switch to a different, supported internet browser
4) Clear your cache, or try accessing the platform from an incognito browser
While uncommon, we occassionally experience brief periods of downtime, during which some components of the platform may be unavailable.
